Role Description
This is a part-time on-site support role for an Administrative Support Specialist located in Petaluma, CA. The Administrative Support Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, providing customer service, assisting with light bookkeeping tasks, and maintaining communication with staff and the public.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Customer Service
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Light Bookkeeping Duties
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Quickbooks)
- Previous experience in a wildlife rescue or similar environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are advantageous
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
