The North Coast School of Education (NCSOE) Program Coordinator roles for Career Technical Education (CTE) (.5 FTE) and Administrator Pathways (PASC and AIP) (.5 FTE) are designed to ensure the effective implementation, coherence, and continuous improvement of educator preparation programs aligned to Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) standards. Across both assignments, the Program Coordinator (1.0 FTE) is responsible for managing complex program systems that include scheduling, communication, documentation, and coordination among Candidates, instructors, coaches, and program leadership. The role requires maintaining accurate and auditable records of Candidate progress using established platforms, monitoring completion of program requirements, and providing timely intervention and support when Candidates are not meeting expectations. The Coordinator ensures all program components are aligned to relevant standards and competencies, supports evidence collection for accreditation, and participates in ongoing monitoring cycles that include data analysis, program review, and continuous improvement planning.
