- MUST BE WILLING TO WORK OVERTIME IF NEEDED**
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborating closely with departments and plant teams to complete basic manufacturing
- Packs product into boxes retrieves product from equipment and operates machinery
- Making incremental process adjustments, monitor and report quality of manufactured products
- Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to set up new production jobs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Assists other departments as needed

- You have previous manufacturing experience and/or training
- Read and comprehend standard work instructions, math and measuring
- Arrive to work on time with a strong attendance record
- An individual looking to advance with a high school diploma or GED
