The Role
We're looking for a part-time Bookkeeper who knows the restaurant business and takes pride in clean, accurate records. You'll work directly with ownership, not a corporate finance team, and have real visibility into how the business runs. If you want your work to matter, this is that job.
What You'll Do
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Process and prepare payroll
- Track revenue, expenses, and vendor payments
- Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
- Support internal controls and basic compliance
What We're Looking For
- Prior bookkeeping experience required
- Restaurant or bar experience strongly preferred
- QuickBooks proficiency required
- Payroll processing experience
- Works independently, meets deadlines without hand-holding
- Discreet and trustworthy with confidential financial information
Schedule & Pay
- ~10–15 hours per week, flexible scheduling
- $23–$28/hour depending on experience
