Description
Welcoming and greeting guests, screen for appropriate height requirements, provide guests with attractions information.
Deliver appropriate scripts and/or spiels.
Collect tickets in an orderly fashion.
Responsible for directly interacting with our customers while providing them with fast and friendly service.
Work in a fast-paced customer focused environment.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Constantly monitor immediate area and surroundings for trash and debris and assist in its removal as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing good customer service.
- Must be able to work in an environment with loud noises and where lighting is used to replicate various effects including: night or daylight, strobe and other special effects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and provide excellent customer service.
