The Role
- Day-to-day service lead on a portfolio of commercial P&C accounts. Owns the renewal lifecycle: gathering exposures, building submissions, marketing to carriers, preparing proposals, binding, and managing endorsements/COIs throughout the policy term. Works in lockstep with the producer and the Manager of Client Strategy (Job #CSP-ATL-001) — strong upward path on this team.
Must-Haves
- 5 years commercial P&C account management at a brokerage.
- Active P&C license. CISR, ACSR, or CIC preferred.
- Hands-on experience with the full renewal cycle — submissions, marketing, proposals, binding.
- Multi-line coverage fluency (Property, GL, Auto, WC, Umbrella; Professional/Cyber a plus).
- AMS360, Applied Epic, or Sagitta — daily user.
- Direct carrier and underwriter communication experience.
Nice-to-Haves
- Mid-market account size experience ($10K–$50K revenue accounts).
- Experience supporting a producer who writes $1M books.
- Industry niche fluency (construction, real estate, manufacturing, hospitality).
