As part of that growth, we are seeking a Commercial Lines Client Executive to serve as a technical leader and trusted advisor on our most sophisticated client relationships.


This role is designed for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, guiding clients strategically, helping elevate the performance of the entire team, and taking real ownership of a department. The Opportunity

The Commercial Lines Client Executive will play a central role in our Commercial Lines department and serve as a stabilizing, elevating force across the team. You will work closely with leadership in a collaborative environment where strong ideas and professional initiative are valued.


Core areas of responsibility include:

  • Leading renewal strategy for complex middle-market clients
  • Advising businesses on risk transfer and coverage structure
  • Partnering closely with developing producers to build their technical fluency and improve win rates on new business
  • Strengthening carrier relationships and coordinating marketing strategy
  • Mentoring junior service team members and training staff to independently manage small and mid-market accounts
  • Helping shape the operational excellence and long-term capacity of the department


What You Will Do

  • Lead renewal strategy and coverage analysis for complex accounts
  • Review contracts and identify insurance and risk transfer issues
  • Coordinate marketing efforts and negotiate with carriers on behalf of clients
  • Present coverage strategies and recommendations directly to clients
  • Support producers during prospect meetings and proposal development
  • Invest in the development of junior team members, raising their technical capability and building their confidence handling smaller accounts independently
  • Ensure renewals are completed strategically and well in advance of expiration
  • Maintain high standards for client deliverables, accuracy, and responsiveness


What We Are Looking For

  • 5 or more years of Commercial Lines experience within an insurance brokerage
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex client relationships
  • Strong technical understanding of Property, Casualty, Management Liability, and Umbrella programs
  • Ability to interpret contracts and advise clients on risk transfer provisions
  • Georgia Property and Casualty license required
  • Experience with Applied Epic preferred
  • Calm, professional presence with clients and internal teams
  • A collaborative, service-oriented approach to working with producers and colleagues

Within the first year:

  • Our most complex accounts feel exceptionally supported
  • Producers are more effective because of your technical partnership and coaching
  • Renewals are strategic and proactive rather than transactional
  • Service team members are handling small and mid-market accounts with greater independence because you have invested in their development
  • The Commercial Lines department has meaningfully increased its capacity and stability


Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary commensurate with experience, plus performance incentives and a full benefits package. Compensation will reflect the seniority, skill, and impact this role is designed to deliver. The starting salary for this position is $130,000 plus bonuses.
