Trial Period & Pay Raise
This position begins with a 2‑week trial period to evaluate skill level, reliability, and customer‑service standards. After successful completion, an official job offer will be extended along with a pay raise.
Responsibilities
- Perform service, repair, and adjustment of luxury windows and doors
- Diagnose installation or product issues and provide effective solutions
- Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions
- Complete service calls efficiently and with exceptional care
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
Qualifications

Compensation
- $23/hour starting pay
