Sonic Title is seeking a sharp, solutions-driven Title Clearance Specialist to help move files from title commitment to closing with speed, accuracy, and confidence.
This role is responsible for reviewing title work, identifying issues that could delay or prevent closing, and taking ownership of the clearance process by coordinating with all parties necessary to resolve liens, judgments, ownership concerns, payoff issues, probate matters, municipal items, and other title defects.
