America Safe Title is a fast-growing refinance title company based in Madison Heights, MI. We handle high-volume closings for lenders across the country and we run a precise, accountable operation. Every file we close needs to get recorded correctly and on time — that's where you come in.
The Role
You'll be responsible for submitting documents for recording after closing, tracking status through Simplifile, and making sure every file gets recorded and returned without delays. This role owns the back end of every transaction and requires someone organized, persistent, and comfortable working inside title software daily.
What You'll Do
Submit deeds, mortgages, and closing documents for e-recording through Simplifile
Track recording status on every file and follow up on rejections or delays immediately
Update Qualia milestones and tasks as documents move through the recording process
Confirm recording information (book, page, instrument number) and upload final recorded documents back into Qualia
Coordinate with counties that require mail-in recording when e-recording is not available
Communicate recording status to the post-closing team
Flag any rejections or issues same day
What We're Looking For
Experience with Simplifile or similar e-recording platform required
Qualia experience strongly preferred
Background in title, post-closing, or recording at a title company
Highly organized with strong follow-through — nothing falls through the cracks
Comfortable managing multiple files across multiple counties and states
Clear communicator who doesn't wait to raise a problem

$17–$22/hour based on experience | Biweekly pay | Medical, dental & vision after 90 days | PTO paid holidays
