Our team of dynamic & forward-thinking Verizon Customer Sales Representatives work collaboratively to produce impressive sales techniques and strategies that improve our wireless service and enrollment awareness. The fundamental key to our success has been our innovative, tenacious Verizon Sales Representatives as they work the frontline with customers daily to help enroll them in our services and connect them with new devices.
We are currently looking to hire a new Verizon Sales Representative that will assist in the execution of our sales while working cross-functionally with our customer service team and managers. We are looking for an outgoing, positive, and solution-oriented Verizon Sales Representative to expand their knowledge and experience in the customer service and sales fields.
Verizon Customer Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Help craft and execute all customer service and sales strategies for our telecommunication and assist customers in wireless enrollment
- Manage all consumer engagement using excellent relationship-building skills, consultative techniques, active-listening skills, and establishing trust
- Proactively monitor and identify potential product and service complaints, take note of consumer requests, and provide feedback to the client for improvement
- Work with customers directly to assist in their enrollment process by noting their confidential information, activating their account and processing their sales order
- Communicate and engage directly with customers to drive brand awareness, create new sales opportunities, and increase market share for our clients
Verizon Customer Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Experience working in a customer service or sales position
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High energy, self-motivated, driven, and dynamic personality
- Confident, with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine team player
- Proven track record of establishing long-lasting, positive relationships whether working with customers or in a team setting with fellow employees
