Telecom Account Associate Responsibilities
- Deliver a five-star customer experience when they are looking to immerse themselves in the latest technology services by actively listening and engaging is services available to them
- Establish rapport with customers by educating them of what is available directly to them that helps our clients increase their ROI and our customers decrease their spend
- Assist our customers needs by selling the right technology solutions and only upselling when applicable
- Be apart of a wireless customers full experience from the start of the initial education and service quote to the end of the full sales cycle which includes device in hand
- Learn how to manage multiple customer accounts at a time to be efficient in daily work flow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business initiatives
- Help monitor and report on key performance metrics for effective management

Telecom Account Associate Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service, wireless sales, or account management position is a plus but not required for this position
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or technology devices
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage time effectively
