What You Will Do

• Hospitality focused greeting our guests with a smile in your voice and walking them through their order & payment.

• Support kitchen operations by prepping ingredients and following recipes closely to ensure quality and consistency.

• Work with pace by proper portioning, reading tickets, prioritizing orders, and preparing food at the right time.

• Keep your station clean and safe by maintaining a clean, sanitized workspace, including floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, and prep surfaces.

REQUIREMENTS

• Provide fast, friendly service and help create a fun dining experience for every guest
• Perform assigned kitchen station duties including food prep, fryer, grill, and other production tasks as needed
• Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and operational standards
• Maintain food safety and sanitation practices, including proper cleaning and handling of food
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and condiments to keep stations running smoothly
• Monitor product quality and alert shift leadership when supplies run low or standards aren’t met
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting speed and accuracy expectations
• Support drive-thru or carryout workflows by preparing orders correctly and in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with closing duties as assigned
