About the Role:
Sonic Drive-In in Howell, NJ is looking for energetic and motivated Managers and Crew Members to join our team for evening and night shifts! Whether you're running the drive thru or cooking up fan-favorite meals in the kitchen, this is your chance to be part of a fast-paced, fun environment where great teamwork makes it all happen.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service at the drive thru window during evening and overnight shifts
- Prepare food and beverages in the kitchen according to Sonic's quality and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, drive thru, and service areas
- Managers: supervise and motivate crew members to ensure smooth shift operations
- Managers: handle cash management, opening/closing duties, and shift reporting
- Restock supplies and ingredients to keep the team running efficiently throughout the shift
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in fast food, quick service restaurant (QSR), or food service preferred
- Management candidates should have prior supervisory or team lead experience
- Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends reliably
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic
- Basic math and cash handling skills for crew and manager roles
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs
