Sonic Drive-In in Howell, NJ is looking for experienced Drive Thru and Kitchen Team Members to join our fast-paced, fun crew! Responsibilities:
- Operate the drive thru window efficiently, taking and processing customer orders with speed and accuracy
- Prepare and assemble food and beverage orders according to Sonic's quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen and drive thru workspace
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately at the drive thru
- Communicate clearly with team members to ensure smooth order flow during peak hours
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code guidelines
- Restock ingredients and supplies to keep the kitchen running without interruption
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a fast food, quick service, or drive thru environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting under time pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent schedule
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Food handling or food safety certification is a plus
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
