Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to support their talent acquisition efforts. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships with hiring managers, and consistently delivers high-quality candidates across multiple requisitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and define candidate profiles
- Source candidates through diverse channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Maintain accurate candidate data and activity tracking within the ATS
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruiting progress and pipeline status
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Extend offers, assist with negotiations, and support onboarding processes
- Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and internal policies
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–5 years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and stakeholder management
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Compensation: $25-31/an hour
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
