Soni’s client in the Plymouth Meeting area is seeking a Cyber Security Administrator to join its Information Security team. This is a hands-on, operations-focused role responsible for administering and maintaining security controls across IAM, endpoints, cloud (AWS), and security tooling.
The role partners closely with senior security staff to monitor alerts, investigate issues, and ensure security systems run effectively. Ideal for someone who enjoys working with security tools, triaging incidents, and solving real-world problems in a mature security environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage IAM (user access, roles, MFA, access reviews)
- Monitor and triage SIEM alerts; support incident response
- Maintain and respond to EDR and endpoint security events
- Support vulnerability management, patching, and remediation tracking
- Assist with AWS security (IAM, CloudTrail, GuardDuty, Security Hub)
- Support security tools, vendors, and infrastructure projects
- Contribute to AI/security risk reviews and policy enforcement
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with IAM, SIEM, EDR, and vulnerability tools
- Working knowledge of AWS security concepts
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Nice to Have:
Security certifications (Security , CISSP, CISM), experience in regulated environments, and audit/compliance exposure.
