A rapidly expanding Real Estate organization is seeking an Accountant to join its finance team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow within a fast-paced environment and gain broad exposure across the full real estate lifecycle including acquisitions, property operations, financing, and portfolio reporting.

Responsibilities:
- Handle monthly reconciliations and assist with general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and post month-end journal entries
- Support financial reporting and assist with periodic statements
- Review escrow activity and ensure accuracy across accounts
- Partner with AP and AR teams to resolve coding or entry discrepancies
- Participate in process improvements and help strengthen internal controls
- Assist with ad hoc projects as the portfolio continues to scale
- 3–5 years of accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with Yardi (Voyager or similar)
- Experience in real estate or property-related accounting is helpful but not required
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and comfort working collaboratively
