Soni is partnering with a global law firm looking for a Litigation Paralegal in their Los Angeles, California office. The Litigation Paralegal supports attorneys in a busy Dispute Resolution practice and plays an integral role across all phases of litigation. This position involves managing complex case materials, supporting discovery and filings, assisting with depositions and hearings, and coordinating closely with attorneys and case teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable balancing multiple matters while contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced legal environment.

- Manage electronic and hard-copy document productions, including organization, processing, and preparation of privilege logs
- Maintain and organize case files across firmwide document and litigation support systems
- Assist attorneys with preparation of pleadings, declarations, and court-filed materials
- Proofread and cite-check briefs, format filings, compile exhibits, and handle service and e-filing in state and federal courts
- Conduct factual and legal research using online research tools and internal databases
- Monitor case calendars, track deadlines, and coordinate scheduling for filings and hearings
- Prepare for and assist with depositions, conferences, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Support litigation teams with eDiscovery platforms, court filings, and occasional courthouse runs as needed
- Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate preferred
- 3–5 years of litigation paralegal experience supporting complex matters
- Strong knowledge of CA state and federal court filing procedures and rules
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems; eDiscovery experience a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Salary : $80,000 - $115,000
