The Lead AI Solutions Engineer serves as the technical authority for the team, defining architecture, development standards, and AI-driven delivery patterns while contributing directly to coding and solution design.

- Define and evolve AI-driven development pipelines that automate requirements, code generation, testing, security scanning, and deployment.
- Architect and deliver AI-native applications and intelligent interfaces that transform how users interact with complex business systems.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, contributing to architecture, development, and code reviews while setting engineering standards for the team.
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS, leveraging managed services and serverless technologies.
- Lead the design of secure integrations between internal platforms and third-party SaaS systems.
- Establish security, compliance, and governance guardrails aligned with HIPAA, SOC 2, and insurance regulatory requirements.
- Mentor engineers and guide technical decision-making within the team.
- Collaborate with platform, DevOps, product, and security teams to ensure scalable, compliant solution delivery.
- Evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools, frameworks, and engineering practices to improve development velocity and system capability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 6–10 years of software engineering experience, including recent work with AI-enabled development tools or AI-driven delivery practices.
- Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership and architectural direction within engineering teams.
- Strong experience designing cloud-native systems, preferably on AWS.
- Experience building AI-powered applications, automation workflows, or intelligent interfaces.
- Expertise in API design, integrations, and distributed system architecture.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and AI-assisted development workflows.
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards in regulated environments (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2).
- Strong communication and mentorship skills with the ability to guide technical decisions and collaborate with stakeholders.
Salary : $130,000 - $145,000
