The HR Manager will serve as a trusted partner to employees and leadership, overseeing core HR operations with a strong emphasis on employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires a proactive, people-focused HR professional who can navigate complex situations with sound judgment, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, providing coaching, conflict resolution, and guidance to managers and employees.
- Conduct thorough investigations and support corrective action processes while ensuring fair and consistent policy application.
- Partner with leadership on performance management, employee development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and day to day HR operations to ensure a positive and compliant employee experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret HR data, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Manage multiple priorities effectively, delegating tasks when appropriate and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships across the organization through clear communication and a high level of professionalism.
- Support HR projects, audits, reporting, and general administrative needs using Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
- 3–5 years of progressive HR experience required.
- Experience with ADP (including their Applicant Tracking System) is mandatory.
- Strong background in employee relations, conflict resolution, and coaching.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and problem solving abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time?management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Thorough understanding of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Spanish bilingual skills are a significant plus.

Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
