Soni is partnering with a global organization seeking a Senior Manager of FP&A to support several corporate functions through budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic financial analysis.
This role will work closely with senior leadership across highly collaborative business groups and requires a strong relationship-builder who can operate both strategically and analytically.
Responsibilities:
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Perform monthly and quarterly financial analysis and reporting
- Develop financial models and operational analyses
- Partner with business leaders on financial decision-making
- Support annual planning and strategic initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting enhancements
- Prepare presentations and financial materials for leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5–7 years of progressive FP&A experience
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Consumer products, retail, or apparel industry experience
- SAP, Hyperion, or BI systems exposure
- MBA and/or CPA
- Experience supporting highly collaborative business groups
Compensation: $150,000 - $155,000K
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
