Chief Accountant

The Accounts Payable Manager oversees day-to-day payment operations and related accounting activities to ensure timely, accurate processing and strong financial controls. This role supports financial reporting, cash flow needs, and continuous process improvements while working closely with internal partners to maintain effective workflows and fiscal accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage core A/P operations, vendor payments, and expense processing
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies, controls, and reporting requirements
• Support month-end close activities and account reconciliations
• Assist with cash flow monitoring and general financial analysis
• Enhance workflows through procedural and system improvements
• Provide direction and support to A/P staff
• Assist with audits, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
• Strong background in A/P operations and team leadership
• Solid analytical skills, organization, and attention to detail
• Experience with financial systems and reporting tools
  
  
  

Compensation: $140,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
