Soni is partnering with Alliance Health who is expanding their billing team and is seeking Billing Coordinators to support specialty billing operations.
The Billing Coordinator will support day-to-day billing activities, working closely with a collaborative team of coordinators, managers, and directors. Training, structure, and upward mobility are key components of this role.
Responsibilities:
- Support billing processes for specialty practices
- Assist with claim submission, follow-up, and billing documentation
- Review billing data for accuracy and completeness
- Work collaboratively with billing teammates and leadership
- Communicate internally to resolve billing-related questions
- Maintain organized and accurate billing records
- Follow established workflows and compliance standards
- Participate in training and professional development
Requirements:
- 2 years of orthopedic or specialty billing experience
- Experience or exposure to orthopedic, surgical, or pain management billing
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Reliable, professional, and organized
- Able to work independently in a remote setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of orthopedic or specialty billing experience
- Prior experience working in a specialty medical practice
- Interest in long-term growth within billing or revenue cycle operations
Compensation: $22 - $26/ Hr
