We are currently looking for a part time Bilingual Administrative Support Specialist provides administrative, clerical, and customer service support for our client. This role serves as a key point of contact for clients, employees, and community members, communicating effectively in both English and a second language (e.g., Spanish). The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality while supporting multiple departments and priorities.

- Provide administrative support including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in both English and the designated second language.
- Translate written documents, forms, and communications as needed.
- Interpret conversations and meetings for staff, clients, or visitors when appropriate.
- Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, databases, and records.
- Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and document management.
- Welcome visitors and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor communications.
- Support departmental projects and special initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality requirements.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate degree or equivalent experience may be considered.
- 2 years of administrative support, office administration, customer service, or related experience.
- Experience working in a nonprofit, healthcare, education, or professional office environment preferred.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (or other required language), including speaking, reading, and writing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM, database management, or scheduling software.
- Professional translation or interpretation experience.
