Front Desk Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest experiences at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient check-in and check-out processes. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
• Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in guest information.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Maintain communication with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Process reservations and manage room assignments using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
• Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
• Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, enhancing guest relations.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including managing correspondence and maintaining front desk supplies.

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest services and relations.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Familiarity with front desk operations, including night audit procedures, is advantageous.
• Excellent phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems are essential.
