Position Summary:
The Front Desk Clerk is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service. This position is responsible for guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, answering questions, and resolving guest concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out
- Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
- Process reservations, payments, and room assignments
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Follow hotel policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and management
Qualifications:
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred (not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
