In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift at the front desk, manage guest accounts, handle administrative tasks, and provide outstanding customer service to ensure our guests feel welcomed and cared for throughout their stay. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services.
- Monitor hotel security systems, including CCTV surveillance, to maintain safety and security throughout the property.
- Manage overnight guest accounts, process payments, adjustments, and resolve billing discrepancies accurately.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, including daily summaries, incident logs, and financial documentation.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and multi-line phone system skills.
- Conduct routine inspections of public areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety standards, and guest comfort are maintained overnight.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any issues that arise during the night shift.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest relations and hospitality excellence.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with front desk procedures, night audit processes, and hotel management systems.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems.
- Experience working in resort or hotel environments that emphasize guest satisfaction and safety.
