We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our dental office team. Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service at the front desk.
- Schedule and confirm appointments while managing patient files efficiently.
- Assist with patient intake by collecting necessary information and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Maintain accurate records in Curve, ensuring all patient information is up-to-date and secure.
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans, procedures, and follow-up care.
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, addressing patient concerns and questions promptly.
- Collaborate with the dental team to streamline workflows and improve patient care processes.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental office or as a medical receptionist is highly desirable.
- Strong administrative skills with an emphasis on organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar practice management software is a plus.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
