WELCOME:
Seeking subcontractors to perform full renovations in DELAWARE.
Must carry GL, WC insurance and have qualified employees.
Looking to fill roles associated with roofing, siding, framing, windows, doors, and almost any other trade. We always need different types of contractors for things that are big and small, so do not hesitate to ask if we have work for just one guy because we possibly do.
ABILITIES
- Fabricate and assemble components according to project specifications.
- Perform tasks associated with trade.
- Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate project assessments.
- Execute tasks for structural integrity and durability.
- Provide services for repairs and maintenance across various projects.
- Engage in constructing commercial frameworks for buildings or structures.
- Handle heavy lifting and transport materials as required on-site.
- Read and interpret schematics to ensure proper execution of plans.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with project managers and other subcontractors.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites.
