Role Description The Senior Business Process, Product Operations, Agile Consultant will work on-site in Waltham, MA in a contract capacity, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, product leaders, and technical teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing existing business processes, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities, and designing optimized workflows that align with modernization and digital transformation goals. The consultant will support product operations by defining and refining operating models, establishing metrics and reporting frameworks, and ensuring smooth execution of product releases and operational activities. This role will also drive Agile practices across teams, facilitating ceremonies, coaching team members on Agile methodologies, and promoting continuous improvement in delivery processes. The consultant will regularly document findings and recommendations, prepare executive-level presentations, and ensure alignment between strategic objectives, operational processes, and product outcomes.

Qualifications
- Strong business process and operations skills, including process mapping, workflow design, and performance measurement.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and Agile coaching, with experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding cross-functional teams.
- Product operations experience, including defining operating models, managing release processes, and coordinating across product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
- Background in digital transformation or modernization initiatives, ideally in cloud, data, or enterprise platform environments.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into structured requirements, roadmaps, and actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with experience working with senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment, managing multiple priorities and timelines in a contract role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP) are a plus.
