Roles and Responsibilities
- 10 years of Dynamics CRM technical expertise and people management, experienced in having cross-group collaborations skills, with the ability lead and coordinate the Planning, Execution and Release activities for sprint releases
- Work closely with planning, engineering, and business teams to prepare release plans and track milestones completed on time and with quality.
- Maintain project health dashboards and provide awareness with respect to project health metrics
- Drive regular rhythm with engineering teams and stakeholders as needed to ensure issues, action items and risks are tracked and have mitigation and resolution plans in place.
- Help bridge the gap across project stakeholders and dependencies.
- Plan and attend daily, weekly meetings and monthly governance calls.
- Good communication skills and should be able handle tasks individually.
