Title- Project Manager – Change Management
Location- Irvine, CA(Onsite)
Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field MBA preferred
- Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci Change Management Certification) is a plus
- Project Management certification such as PMP Certification or PRINCE2 Certification preferred
- Lead end-to-end change management initiatives across projects and programs
- Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and roadmaps
- Perform impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
- Drive communication plans to ensure awareness and alignment across all levels
- Manage resistance to change and ensure stakeholder buy-in
- Collaborate with business, IT, HR, and leadership teams
- Strong knowledge of Change Management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR Model, Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
