Position Summar
y:The Project Manager is responsible for leading a complex Oracle Fusion business transformation program that modernizes core enterprise processes across Human Capital Management (HCM), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Record to Report (R2R), and Order to Deliver (O2D). This role will manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including planning, design, configuration, testing, change readiness, deployment, stabilization, and post-go-live support. The Project Manager will work closely with business leaders, functional process owners, IT teams, and a system integration (SI) vendor to ensure scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes are effectively managed. The successful candidate will bring strong project leadership, executive communication, vendor governance, and business transformation experience to drive alignment, accountability, and measurable value from the Oracle Fusion implementatio
