1. Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Forward Deployment Engineer- Golang to own the architecture and technical delivery of the Claim Validation Engine on the Target State Platform. This is a hands-on technical leadership role — the Lead owns the solution end-to-end, from architecture through implementation, working directly with client stakeholders and engineering teams to define platform architecture, set engineering standards, guide implementation, and ship scalable, secure, high-performance systems.
Ideal candidates combine deep expertise in distributed systems, Go-based microservices, and cloud-native architecture with strong reverse-engineering instincts for legacy applications, and are fluent in modern AI-assisted software development practices.
2. Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Solution Design
- Own the end-to-end technical architecture of the Claim Validation Platform.
- Design scalable, resilient, cloud-native microservices using Go and Azure.
- Define architecture patterns, coding standards, API design principles, and engineering best practices.
- Design extensible rule-engine capabilities to support evolving business requirements.
- Lead architecture reviews and technical design discussions across teams.
Platform Engineering
- Architect and guide implementation of the Target State Platform Rule Engine.
- Design and oversee development of the Validation API (POST /validate) and supporting services.
- Ensure high-performance parallel rule execution with low latency and high throughput.
- Define reusable frameworks and shared platform components.
Reverse & Forward Engineering
- Lead reverse engineering of legacy healthcare claim validation systems.
- Translate business rules into scalable cloud-native microservices.
- Drive modernization initiatives and define migration strategies for legacy platforms.
- Establish reusable engineering patterns and accelerators.
AI-Assisted Engineering
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools: GitHub Copilot, Cursor, LLMs, AI agents, AI skills, spec-to-code workflows.
- Define governance for AI-generated code and engineering workflows.
- Improve engineering productivity through AI-enabled automation.
Engineering Excellence
- Review architecture, code quality, security, and performance.
- Establish CI/CD quality gates, automated testing, and deployment standards.
- Mentor engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and technical guidance.
- Ensure adherence to architecture standards and coding guidelines.
Client Collaboration
- Work directly with customer architects, product owners, and engineering leaders.
- Lead technical workshops, architecture discussions, and solution demonstrations.
- Translate business requirements into technical designs.
- Resolve critical technical challenges and support delivery teams through implementation.
3. Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise (Must-Have)
- 10 years software engineering experience, including 3 years as a Sr.Developer/Lead
- Expert-level Go (Golang) and microservices architecture.
- Full stack Development Exp is required(React and Angular)
- Strong distributed systems, REST API, and high-performance application design experience.
- Python and modern web front-end experience (React or Angular).
- Strong PostgreSQL / relational database design knowledge.
- Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Azure DevOps, cloud-native development.
- Messaging platforms: Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- API-first design and OpenAPI specifications.
Architecture & Engineering
- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale distributed systems.
- Strong background in reverse engineering and modernizing legacy applications.
- Experience defining architecture standards and technical governance.
- Strong grasp of scalability, resiliency, observability, security, and performance optimization.
AI & Modern Engineering (Differentiator)
- Hands-on with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, LLMs, AI coding assistants, AI-driven workflows.
- Experience integrating AI into the software development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted code generation, prompt engineering, and engineering automation.
Leadership
- Excellent technical leadership and mentoring skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Able to lead architecture decisions while staying hands-on with implementation.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers in fast-paced delivery environments.
