Analyze and document business systems requirements. Communicate the needs of the business users to technical staff; present ideas in business and user-friendly context. Work on multiple projects of high complexity simultaneously. Act as a change agent to respectfully challenge the norm, and to critically analyze and solve problems of a complex nature. Assist with application upgrades/modifications, including timelines, identification of team responsibilities, oversight of systems, conduct tests, analyze results, and work closely with the IT Application Developers to implement change modifications. Provide technical support for users by producing and maintaining process and system documentation. Train users on new procedures and systems. Strong communications skills are a must. Location: NDOL Administration Building, 550 South 16th Street, Lincoln (On-Site) Work Schedule: 8am - 5pm; Monday - Friday Requirements / Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Experience in the analysis of business processes and system requirements, and the creation of business process solutions for large-scale business system applications. Preferred Qualifications: Associate or bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology or a minimum of two years' experience as a Business Analyst working with large, complex enterprise-scale systems. Previous business analytic experience and/or training. Unemployment and workforce industry knowledge or experience is preferred. Experience with NEworks application. Other Qualifications: Successful candidate will be required to complete and pass a Federal Background Check, which includes being fingerprinted.
