Schedule: Monday 7:45am–3:45/4:00pm; Tuesday–Thursday 8:00am–5:30pm; Friday 8:00am–1:30pm
About the Family:
Warm, engaged, and collaborative family seeking a nanny/family assistant to support both children and overall household flow. Mom is currently home and may return to work in 6 months; dad works between a home office and local office and is present throughout the day. The family values a team-oriented approach and is looking for a nanny who works alongside parents rather than independently directing care.
About the Children:
Toddler is active, curious, and thrives on engagement, imaginative play, and structured activities. Attends a morning program during the school year and summer camp hours. Infant requires experienced newborn care including feeding, nap routines, bottle introduction, and developmental support as she grows.
Responsibilities:
Full childcare for both children
Planning age-appropriate, engaging activities and outings
Managing toddler’s schedule including school and playdates
Supporting infant feeding (breastmilk and bottles), naps, and transition to solids
Children’s meal prep with focus on healthy, balanced meals
Kitchen tidying
Children’s laundry
Light home tidying and organization
Errands (groceries, small household tasks)
Bottle cleaning and sanitation
Seasonal clothing organization and toy rotation
Additional household support as time allows (family meal prep is a plus)
Travel: Open to occasional domestic travel; not required
Pets: No pets
Driving: Family car available for use
Parents Work Schedule:
Mom is currently a stay-at-home parent and will return to work in 6 months and will be hybrid at home/office
Dad works hybrid between home and local office and is in and out throughout the day
