Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care with a strong focus on the baby’s safety and well-being
- Prepare and give bottles, and wash and sterilize feeding equipment
- Handle diaper changes and daily infant-care routines
- Maintain feeding and nap schedules in collaboration with the parents
- Support developmental milestones through tummy time, reading, conversation, and age-appropriate play.
- Take the baby on walks and outings, and arrange age-appropriate playdates as he grows
- Manage the baby’s laundry and keep his belongings and care areas neat and organized
- Provide regular updates and communicate any questions or concerns promptly
- $35 – 40/hr depending on experience and qualifications
- Overtime paid at 1.5 times the regular rate after 40 hours per week
- Two weeks of paid vacation
- Five paid sick days

- Minimum 5 years of professional nanny experience, including strong infant experience
- Current CPR certification (or willing to get it renewed)
- Excellent professional references
- Fully vaccinated, including Tdap, flu, and MMR
- Non-smoker

- Experienced and confident managing an infant’s daily care
- Safety-conscious, reliable, and responsible

- Clean, neat, and organized
- Personable and comfortable building neighborhood connections
- Able to support consistent routines and loving, age-appropriate boundaries as the child grows
