What You'll Be Doing
Prepare conceptual, schematic, and hard-bid estimates for commercial projects
Develop detailed trade scopes, budgets, and clarifications
Participate in preconstruction, value engineering, and design-assist efforts
Transition estimates into clean, disciplined buyouts
Manage projects from contract award through closeout
Control budgets, schedules, and job cost reporting
Lead subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and contracting
Coordinate closely with superintendents and ownership
Identify risk early and solve problems before they cost money
What We're Looking For
4 years with a commercial general contractor (PM, Estimator, or hybrid role)
Proven experience estimating and managing commercial construction projects
Strong understanding of scopes, buyout, cost control, and change management
Ability to read plans, specs, and identify scope gaps
Clear communicator who builds trust with clients, subs, and internal teams
