What You’ll Be Doing• Prepare conceptual, schematic, and hard-bid estimates for commercial projects
• Develop detailed trade scopes, budgets, and clarifications
• Participate in preconstruction, value engineering, and design-assist efforts
• Transition estimates into clean, disciplined buyouts
• Manage projects from contract award through closeout
• Control budgets, schedules, and job cost reporting
• Lead subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and contracting
• Coordinate closely with superintendents and ownership
• Identify risk early and solve problems before they cost money
What We’re Looking For• 4 years with a commercial general contractor (PM, Estimator, or hybrid role)
• Proven experience estimating and managing commercial construction projects
• Strong understanding of scopes, buyout, cost control, and change management
• Ability to read plans, specs, and identify scope gaps
• Clear communicator who builds trust with clients, subs, and internal teams
• Organized, decisive, and accountable
