Job Overview
Production Assistant: hospitality table linen / wide format graphics print manufacturing assistant.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate between the different production departments (order entry/customer service, printing, cutting, sewing, quality control, shipping,. etc)
- Manage order flow and production scheduling at the direction of your supervisor
- Ensure orders and projects are produced correctly and shipped on time
- Streamline production workflow and serve as the communication hub between departments
- Document production details and create procedures for future orders
- Oversee quality control before shipping
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and forecast needs based on projects and orders
- Strong ability to work in a team environment
- Motivated, energetic, strong work ethic, and able to receive/accept direction
- Comfortable working in a factory production setting
- Textile cutting and sewing experience is a plus
- Bi-lingual is a MUST
- Factory/manufacturing experience is a MUST
- If you are a qualified production manager, we will teach you the product. We are looking for someone who will grow with this role and take on more responsibility
Job Type: Full-time
