Essential Functions
- Design and implement dry land and crossover training programs for swimmers
- Manage weight training program for swimmers
- Conduct on-site coaching
- Coordinate dry land/swim workouts with practice groups
Qualifications
- Must have 1 year experience of coaching/teaching teens
- Must be available weekday evenings and weekends.
- Experience with competitive swimming preferred but not required.
- Must be a certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist or equivalent certification/experience
