The Human Resources Administrator oversees three critical HR functions-Leave of Absence, Compensation, and HRIS-through their respective managers. The incumbent will set the strategic direction, ensure operational excellence, and foster collaboration across these areas.
Essential Functions
- Develop and execute operational strategies that integrate leave, compensation, and HRIS priorities with overall division objectives.
- Oversee the delivery of accurate, compliant, and structured processes across the leave, compensation, and HRIS areas.
- Sponsor and implement system upgrades, policy changes, and process improvements that enhance the employee experience and align with HR objectives.
- Guide HR reporting and analytics to improve processes and inform leadership decisions.
- Maintain adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to leave, pay, and data privacy. Perform additional duties as directed.
Qualifications
Essential
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7 years of Human Resources experience with emphasis in HRIS, Compensation, and Leaves management such as FMLA, Workers Compensation, etc.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
- HR analytics experience.
- Cross-functional operations collaboration with systems and process optimization.
Preferred
Previous Human Resources experience in public sector, county, or municipal government.Salary: $65,000-$80,000/year
