What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Maintenance Person position at Somerset Berkley and Somerset Public Schools?
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Performs general maintenance of school buildings and grounds including such work as painting, carpentry, glass cutting and replacement, roofing, landscaping, drainage work, heating and other types of related maintenance, plumbing and/or custodial work as directed.
2.Remains available for emergency maintenance repairs at various school buildings.
3.Performs periodic inspections of buildings and grounds.
4.Assists in the ongoing assessment of repair and infrastructure needs.
5.Performs any other maintenance/custodial activities as assigned by the Superintendent, Director of Business & Finance, Supervisor of Buildings & Grounds, & Senior Maintenance Person.
Salary : $22 - $26
