7D Van Drivers

The Somerset Berkley Regional and Somerset Public School District are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team of Van Drivers to transport students with disabilities from their homes to the schools they attend. If you are passionate about supporting students and contributing to a positive learning environment, we encourage you to apply. Our 7D Van Driver will be joining our transportation team. The 7D Van Driver schedule is approximately 18 hours per week, with flexibility for change depending on the needs of the students. The work shifts are split consisting of 1.75 hours in the morning and 1.75 hours in the afternoon, Monday through Friday. Summer hours may be required. The 7D Driver is required to attend school sponsored Crisis Prevention Intervention training in the event of student restraint and any other training as required by the Somerset Berkley Regional School District. Must be willing to obtain a 7D license to transport students as well as pass a pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle record check, criminal background check and federal fingerprinting.
