About the role
This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role supporting small-batch body care production and fulfillment. You will follow clear checklists for labeling, product finishing, packing, and inventory preparation. This role is ideal for someone with some experience in cosmetic chemistry, formulation, or hands-on production who enjoys detailed work and wants to grow into a larger role as production expands.
Responsibilities
• Finish and prepare products for sale (labeling, capping, presentation checks)
• Support production workflow (staging, sanitizing tools and containers)
• Pack and kit orders for wholesale and online fulfillment
• Organize inventory and prepare restocks (counting, labeling, low-stock alerts)
• Complete basic quality checks using checklists (correct labels, clean packaging, proper seals)
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe
What we are looking for
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working independently with clear systems and checklists
• Interest in skincare, cosmetics, or production operations
• Comfortable working around fragranced products
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally
• Experience in cosmetic chemistry, formulation, manufacturing, or hands-on production is a plus
Growth path
Over time, this role can grow into a Compounder, with opportunities to support hands-on batch making, including weighing ingredients, following formulas, recording each step, and taking on more advanced process execution and production leadership.
Salary : $17 - $20
