The Recruiter will be responsible for managing and executing all recruitment activities for the organization, covering executive, managerial, and hourly roles across multiple departments. This role is essential in building a high-performing workforce aligned with the company’s values and strategic objectives. The Recruiter will report directly to the HR Director and collaborate closely with department leaders to identify hiring needs, develop talent pipelines, and ensure an efficient, equitable, and positive hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for executive, managerial, and hourly positions across all departments, including manufacturing, operations, quality, R&D, and corporate functions.
· Partner with department heads to understand current and future talent needs and develop appropriate sourcing and recruitment strategies.
· Draft, post, and manage job advertisements across various platforms (job boards, company website, social media, etc.).
· Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and schedule in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers.
· Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring consistency and compliance with internal policies and employment laws.
· Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing, talent pools, referrals, and industry networking.
· Develop and manage relationships with external staffing agencies and recruiting firms as needed.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
· Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
· Support onboarding activities in collaboration with the HR team to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
· Stay current on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience; manufacturing or nutraceutical/pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
· Experience recruiting across a range of roles, including hourly production staff, mid-level managers, and executives.
· Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment metrics.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
· Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and adapt to shifting priorities.
· High level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical judgment.
· Familiarity with relevant labor laws and hiring regulations.
