The Call Center Customer Care Representative (Remote) plays a vital role within a large department, managing a high volume of customer interactions daily. This role focuses on delivering excellent support by efficiently handling general inquiries, billing, and payment-related questions. Representatives are expected to provide timely issue resolution while maintaining product knowledge and thorough documentation, supporting a clear internal career advancement path.

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle 50 customer calls daily with professionalism and accuracy
  • Provide effective customer support and issue resolution
  • Manage complaints and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to assist customers
  • Document interactions accurately using CRM software
  • Ensure quality assurance standards are met in all communications
  • Perform data entry tasks related to customer accounts
  • Manage time effectively to meet call handling goals

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 years of experience in customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Effective communication and active listening skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Empathy and patience when addressing customer needs
  • Excellent time management skills

Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
