Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Spa Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. You will assist in the daily operations of the spa, including managing retail sales, stocking products, and providing product demonstrations. Your ability to communicate effectively and upsell services will be key to enhancing our clients' experience. Must be able to work WEEKENDS and the 3pm to 9pm shift.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- Manage the point of sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Assist in merchandising spa products and maintaining an organized retail area.
- Conduct product demos to educate clients on offerings and encourage sales.
- Supervise spa operations as needed, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, laundry and organization of the spa environment.
- Stock supplies and products as necessary to ensure availability for clients.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience with POS systems and retail sales is preferred.
- Ability to upsell services and products effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
