What You'll Do:
As a Phlebotomist with Solvet, you will provide expert phlebotomy services for the treatment of eligible Veterans. You will be responsible for performing blood collection, processing, and ensuring that all procedures are performed in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- To join our team, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Phlebotomy Experience — one of the following:
- Completion of a certified phlebotomy program, or
- A minimum of 6 months of documented phlebotomy experience, and
- Medical Laboratory Technician Certification (or equivalent certification) required, or
- ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology) or ASPT (American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians) certification is a plus
- VA experience (Veterans Affairs) is a plus
